Dear Customer

We hereby commit:

“Customer Personal Data” means any Personal Data processed by the  on behalf of the Tan Trung Nam Company under this Agreement.

"Confidential Information" includes:"Confidential Information" includes:

(i) information of whatever nature concerning the business, finances, assets, liabilities, dealings, transactions, know-how, customers, suppliers, products, price lists, employees and authorized agents, plans, proposals, strategies, technical processes, computer software and systems, trade secrets or affairs of the Customer  or of the Supplier; and

(ii) any information which is expressly indicated to be confidential, is imparted by one Party to the other in circumstances importing an obligation of confidence or which any reasonable commercial person would be expected to regard as confidential.

(iii) Commitment that all information must be guaranteed not to be disclosed to third parties, with a 5-years confidentiality period for the entire set.
